Ryan B. Tinch – Chairman & Developer

Ryan B. Tinch founded Prison Chapels in 2021 and is chairman and developer. He is responsible for the ministries overall strategy, including fund raising, as well as guiding the ministries mission, culture and unit selection for projects. Mr. Tinch’s prison ministry began as a volunteer musician with the Reconcilers Motorcycle Ministry in 2015. His for profit career in real estate began in 2000 exclusively representing Walmart across the state of Texas for disposition of their surplus assets. Mr. Tinch is answering the call in making a difference in God’s kingdom by building chapels in prisons throughout the Texas Department of Criminal Justice system in the name of Christ.

Mark Nicholas – Advisory Board Member and Project Manager

Mr. Nicholas worked in the engineering and construction business for more than forty-two years. He earned a BS in Architectural Engineering and a MS in Construction Engineering and Project Planning from the University of Texas. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. He has served as Deacon and Elder in the Presbyterian Church. He is a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Midland, Texas, He serves on the Resource Committee and is Chair of the Investment Advisory Committee.

Mr. Nicholas is an active prison ministry volunteer. He has been a frequent volunteer at the James Lynaugh Unit for seven years with Kairos Prison Ministry International. He is a Certified Volunteer Chaplin Assistant for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and assists the Unit Chaplain with various programs in the Lynaugh Unit.

 

Jarred Bradley – Board Member and Legal

Jarred Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Orleans. In 2009, he graduated with a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert LSU Law Center. Jarred completed his Master of Business Administration at UNO in 2011.

Jarred worked for All Star Electric, Inc., one of the largest electrical subcontractors in the New Orleans metro area, as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Jarred is well-versed in both the legal and business aspects of the building industry.

Jarred is currently producing and creating films in Louisiana for Gold Star Films.
